The laminating temperature is 150 degrees with some pressure. PTFE sheet can withstand temperatures from -70 to 360 degrees, which covers all the working range of the laminating process.
2. Self-cleaning
One of the primary features of this type of composite cloth is its non-stick surface. Thanks to the PTFE coating, the PTFE Glass Cloth exhibits very low friction and excellent release properties. The surface has a very low amount of surface energy which ensures it naturally rejects adhesion and bonding.
3. Chemical Resistant
During the laminating process, some chemicals are added into, what is more, vinyl and PVC can be heated to liquids which also create potential damage to fabrics of other materials, but PTFE Coated Fibreglass Cloth is resistant to almost all chemicals.
4. High tensile strength
The laminating process makes the fabrics vulnerable to mechanical damage. As a result, high tensile strength in the fabrics is typically used to ensure a successful operation. The additional strength is needed for the fabric to survive the mechanical stresses encountered in laminating processing operations over the long term.
