What is Tortilla Machine

Tortilla Machines are created to produce a wide range of food, including tortillas, combos, nachos, pizza, flatbread, chips, nachos, and others in a variety of shapes and sizes.

The machine begins with an automatic dough divider which ensures each piece will be cut into consistent weight and size, then the food goes to an automatic rounder where they’ll be rolled into balls.

After that, these balls are pressed to round shapes and then cooked in the oven and cooled in the conveyor system.

PTFE Conveyor Belt is invented in the pressing, heating, and cooling part.

For efficient heat transfer, the belts should be kept at a thickness of their minimum.
