How does Tissue Making Machine work?

A tissue packing machine works by using a conveyor belt to move items through a series of stations. The first station removes staples from the product, then the second station folds the item into a box shape bags, and finally, the third station seals the plastic bags on two sides. PTFE Coated Belts work for sealing objects along a path.

First, wrap tissues in plastic bags, and seal the edge of the bags.  Install our belt at the side of the tissues’ edges to work as a sealer. Because the plastic bags get sticky when heated above 140 degrees (this temperature varies according to different machines). The plastic bags become more sticky when hot melted and sealed, our belt is made of nonstick material, so it can be used as a releasing belt, to prevent the plastic sticks on the sides of metal. They consist of a continuous loop of metal wire eyelets that move around rollers at each end. This allows the object to be moved smoothly and continuously.
