PTFE Belt is made of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric which is coating PTFE dispersion on heavy woven fiberglass fabrics as a belt
Among all the belts, the max thickness popular is 0.90mm(90micron) and 1.0mm(100micron).
Both find their applications in PVC floor map manufacturing.
Esone choose PTFE coated fiberglass fabric which is coating PTFE dispersion on heavy woven fiberglass fabrics as PTFE Belt
Among all the belts, the max thickness popular is 0.90mm(90micron) and 1.0mm(100micron).
Both find their applications in PVC floor map manufacturing.
PVC Floor Map using PVC plastic as raw material, heated and pressed on the laminating machine, after it is cooled down and goes through testing.
The PVC plastic particles are heated and melted into liquid at the temperature of 160~210°C then laminated into mat size on top of the conveyor belt before going to the releasing and cooling part.
PTFE fabrics can resist temperatures from -70 ~ 360 degrees which can cover the production temperature range.
During the laminating process, PVC raw material is mixed with other additives to make the finished mat, so this belt has to resist chemical corrosion.
PTFE fiberglass can resist almost all chemicals even H2SO4, NaOH, and some other strong acids and alkali.
Since the machine is running continuously with heating and laminating, which would damage a belt’s strength over time. A good conveyor must have strong tensile properties to support high manufacturing efficiency in today’s modern-day industry – fiberglass fabric provides just that!
The belt is easy to get loosen with continuous laminating and conveying, which is often called elongation. However, this elongation would ruin the conveyor tracking if not taken care of properly
The high modulus fiberglass material does not stretch; it’s made from PTFE-coated glass fiber fabrics. The weave pattern and coating on these belts help control how much they stretch–less than 1% overall
The PVC map cools down and drops off from the conveyor belt after it has been heated by heating transfer printing. A PTFE nonstick surface works as an excellent release liner apart only from a laminating and conveying system, which makes this process very efficient!
The dots and pimples on the bottom of some PVC map ensure that it stays in place, while PTFE conveyor belts at thicknesses between 0.90 mm – 1mm with big weave patterns can help mark or give an object’s appearance a desirable finish with dots during processing time
